ABOUT THE U.S PET REVIEW:
U.S Pet Review was started to help provide honest reviews of pet care service providers in America. It is tough to trust many reviews sites that receive compensation from advertisers. To often are online reviews manipulated to help their advertisers. At U.S Pet Review, we provider an independent 3rd party reviews where each review is honest and accurate. We do not receive any compensation from any company we review.

In fact, we are comprised of a board of volunteers who "mystery shop" pet care providers in America. Our volunteers do not receive any compensation they volunteer their time, because they are passionate about animals and the care they receive.

All of our reviews are written anonymously to hide any potential backlash from the pet care providers that receive negative reviews. The reality is that many popular online review sites such as Yelp are filled with "fake reviews". These reviews are often written by the owner, employees, or friends of a pet care company. All of our reviews are from our volunteer mystery shoppers.
We receive numerous correspondence annually. Most of our correspondence is broken into two categories: 1.) Recommendations of pet care providers and 2.) Complaints of pet care providers.

Obviously we are not able to visit every pet care provider in every city/town in the country. This is how we operate. Once we have received over 50 recommendations or 50 complaints we plan a visit to a pet care provider to mystery shop the quality of their services.

The reasoning behind this system is as follows:
1.) If a pet care provider receives rave reviews from over 50 people they must be doing something right, which justifies U.S Pet Review in sending out one of our volunteer mystery shoppers to visit and confirm the validity of the positive reviews.
2.) The same reasoning holds true if a particular pet care provider receives over 50 negative reviews or complaints then in this instance there may be a serious quality control issues.
